She and Justin Theroux famously announced their split last week.
And though Jennifer Aniston has been trying to keep a relatively low profile, it hasn’t stopped her from being there for her friends.
The 49-year-old actress was spotted looking sullen while leaving the TCL Chinese Theater on Wednesday night where the premiere of pal Jason Bateman’s movie was being held.

According to Us Weekly, Jennifer and Justin’s holiday to Cabo San Lucas in early January was a last ditch effort to salvage their marriage.
Amanda had convinced the stars to join her and her husband Jason for a beach trip to try and get the duo to ‘work through their problems and save their marriage.’
According to the source, ‘The Cabo trip was a make or break vacation for Jen and Justin.’
Unfortunately, the ‘guys and girls hung out separately’ and their efforts to patch their marriage failed.
Protected: She was joined by plenty of security
This comes just after a People report that Jennifer and now estranged husband Theroux’s problems were so huge that they went to therapy together.
The insider for the weekly said: ‘For many months they tried to make it work. They even had therapy.’
And their problems were not just about how he disliked Los Angeles and she couldn’t stand New York City, which made her ‘miserable.’ They also had to get past that they could not start a family together.

No kids: And their issues were not just about how he disliked Los Angeles and she couldn’t stand New York City. They also had to get past that they could not start a family together
The insider did not go into specifics about what they did, but in the past friends have claimed she was using IVF
The source claimed that early on in their relationship the two tried to have babies.
‘When Jen met Justin, she had almost given up on the idea that she would have kids,’ an insider said.
‘They wanted to have a baby, but it didn’t work out.’
‘She has been sad that it never happened, but it never consumed her,’ the source added.
The insider did not go into specifics about what they did, but in the past Star magazine has claimed she was trying IVF.
It is not known if they looked into adopting like her ex Brad Pitt did with Angelina Jolie.
Aniston had said several times in the past that she would have kids when the timing was right and she loved children, like her goddaughter Coco who is Courteney Cox’s only child.
And while he gave up on their marriage several months ago, the Horrible Bosses actress did not want to give up until just recently.
The source added she is ‘sad and disappointed’ after they agreed on Valentine’s Day to announce they were separating. Neither one has yet to file for divorce.

It was also said: ‘They couldn’t find common ground that made them both happy. It became exhausting and frustrating,’ said a source.
But don’t look for Jennifer to start looking for a new romance.
As far as seeing other men, ‘she isn’t a fan of dating, and she never was. She always found dating awkward and unpleasant.’
And she is not looking forward to how people will be looking into her love life.
‘She hates all the media attention that she knows she will get now. But she is a big believer in falling in love and spending her life with a partner that loves sharing hers.’
But the Friends vet ‘seems okay’ now that she is single again.
Better times: Jennifer didn’t appear to be wearing her blingy diamond engagement ring when she and husband Justin Theroux posed for an event in Paris in April last year

The Friends star will not have to give back the eight-carat, emerald-cut diamond engagement ring, said to be worth $500,000, according to legal expert David Glass
‘She has an amazing life that she loves and is very grateful for. Jen would be the first one to say that she is a lucky girl,’ said the pal.
This comes after her Friends co-star Matt LeBlanc said ‘she is OK’ and is ‘a big girl’ that will be able to cope just fine with the split.
Also on Tuesday, a lawyer told People that the Bruce Almighty star will get to keep her eight-carat, emerald-cut diamond engagement ring that Justin gave her, said to be worth $500,000.
The stars likely drew up pre-nups before they wed in on August 5, 2015, at her Los Angeles mansion.
But that won’t cover the ring that the 49-year-old’s beau, 46, gave her on August 10, 2012, L.A.-based attorney and certified family law specialist David Glass told People on Tuesday.
Pals’ This comes after her Friends co-star Matt LeBlanc said ‘she is OK’ and is ‘a big girl’ that will be able to cope just fine with the split
‘The engagement ring pre-dates the marriage, and therefore is Jennifer’s separate property regardless of whether it is mentioned in the prenuptial agreement,’ he said.
‘As long as the parties get married, then the recipient keeps the engagement ring.’
As for the rest of their assets, the Friend star is believed to have kept her $21 million L.A. mansion in her name.
Justin, who co-stars in HBO’s The Leftovers, owns an apartment in New York City which he bought for $600,00 in the early 2000s and spent $1 million renovating in 2015.
Meanwhile, Jennifer’s total worth is estimated by Forbes at $200 million, far more than Justin’s.
Normal pre-nup details: Both stars are expected to hold on to the properties they owned before their marriage, including Jen’s $21 million L.A. mansion which is still in her name
‘It’s likely that they had a prenuptial agreement that preserved the separate property value of any pre-existing, premarital assets and the increase in value of those assets,’ David Glass said.
When it comes to the rest of their joint property, Glass told People the only items up for division would be things like joint bank accounts and any property they bought together.
Their last big event together was in July.
